Dr. Kinza Shaikh completed medicine from Gulf Medical University, Ajman, UAE, and is an Honors holder in MSc in Quality and Patient Safety in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), Institute of Leadership Dubai, UAE. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ -National Association for Healthcare Quality USA) with over 4+ years of international work experience in Clinical Quality Management/Healthcare Management. She gained substantial knowledge and clinical experience by working in various Dubai government hospitals, followed by expanding her career in the field of Healthcare Quality by working in the Quality Development Office within Dubai Health Authority. She also has extensive home healthcare  experience in Quality Management, where she was the lead quality officer for several Patient Support & Affordability Programs delivered for a number of pharmaceutical companies such as Roche, AbbVie, Sanofi, and Johnson & Johnson. Accustomed to the integration of new and complex healthcare delivery systems, Dr. Kinza is an independent, skilled, and responsible individual with acute clinical and business acumen, who promises to deliver and contribute to the overall advancement of healthcare.
